ServicesHub is a service marketplace that connects buyers with trusted service providers in any category, from tutoring and pet-sitting to cleaning and beyond. Buyers post jobs and receive proposals from verified sellers. Payments are held safely in escrow and released only when the work is delivered. Every job is reviewed by the platform team, and admins step in to mediate if something goes wrong, so both sides can work with confidence.

What brings it together
Any Service, One Marketplace
ServicesHub isn't tied to a single industry. Tutoring, pet-sitting, cleaning, repairs or anything else can be listed and booked. Jobs can be on-site in a specific city and neighbourhood, or fully remote, and remote jobs are shown to sellers in every city.
Escrow-Protected Payments
When a buyer accepts a proposal, the full amount is held in escrow. The seller is paid only once the work is delivered, and the buyer has a dispute window before funds are released. If the work is scheduled in sessions, only the hours actually delivered are paid and the rest is refunded.
Verified Sellers
Sellers create a profile and upload the required documents, which the admin team reviews before approval. Buyers can see who has been verified, read their profile and check their availability before hiring.
Reviewed Job Posts
Every job a buyer posts is checked by the platform team before it goes live. This keeps the listings clear, genuine and safe, and means sellers only spend time on real, approved opportunities.
Proposals and Direct Messaging
Sellers send proposals with their price and approach, and buyers compare them and accept the best fit. Buyer and seller can talk in a single continuous conversation, from the first proposal through to the finished booking, with unread alerts in the inbox.
Flexible Pricing and Scheduling
Price a job as a fixed amount or by the hour. Hourly jobs can run flexibly, or on set weekly days and times that turn into a dated session schedule. Buyers see a live cost estimate, including the platform fee, before they commit.
Session Tracking and Confirmation
For recurring work, each session is tracked from start to finish. Sellers mark a session delivered and buyers confirm it. Absences and reschedules are handled with clear rules, and silent buyers are auto-confirmed after a set time so a booking never stalls.
Fair Cancellation Rules
Cancelling early earns the buyer a full refund. Cancelling late splits the money between a partial refund for the buyer and compensation for the seller. Both rates, and the notice period, are set by the platform, so the policy stays fair and predictable.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute. Funds stay held while an admin reviews the case, and both parties argue it on a moderated dispute thread. The final decision and the admin's notes stay on record for everyone involved.
Seller Availability and Time Off
Sellers publish their usual weekly hours and mark dates they're away, such as an exam break. Buyers can see this on the seller's public profile when choosing who to hire. It's guidance only, so it never blocks a proposal or a booking.
Built-in Wallet and Payouts
Every user has a wallet. Buyers top up before booking, and sellers collect earnings in their wallet and request a withdrawal when they're ready. Every balance change is processed safely and recorded, so the money trail is always clear.
Role-Based Dashboards
Buyers, sellers and admins each get a dashboard with key figures and shortcuts for their daily tasks. An alert appears only when something needs attention, such as an open dispute, a booking awaiting acceptance or a document that was rejected.
Real-Time Notifications
In-app notifications keep everyone up to date on proposals, bookings, payments, disputes and approvals. A bell icon shows unread counts, and one click takes you straight to the relevant page. Admins are alerted whenever something needs their review.
Admin Control Centre
Staff approve sellers, documents, job posts and wallet top-ups, manage users, resolve disputes and review analytics. Commission, cancellation windows, auto-release timing and other rules are all adjustable from a settings page without any code changes.
